Jute JTC-305 PTFE ultrafine powder is the micron-sized PTFE white ultrafine which has low molecular weight that the ultrafine is made through special methods. This powder has the molecular weight about 10000~30000, and its particle size ≤ 5μm; it not only maintains good characters of PTFE, but has many other unique performances, such as high crystallinity, good dispersibility, being apt to mix with other materials evenly. Therefore, it is widely used for modified blending of high polymer material, improving the substrate’s lubricity, abrasion resistance, non-sticky capability, fire resistance and so on; and enhancing the usability of the substrate. Besides, Jute PTFE ultrafine powder can be used as good-character additive, applying to modifier of lubricating grease, printing ink, coating and plastic; and also used as oil-free lubricant.

Characteristics and superiority
1. After adding Jute PTFE ultrafine powder, it can reduce friction coefficient and surface energy, increase antifriction, scratch resistance and non-sticky capability. It also can increase the chemical resistance and thermal endurance of Resin.
2. Jute PTFE ultrafine powder’s particle size is micron-sized, and it has high specific surface area. This powder is good for dispersing and it can improve availability factor effectively and meanwhile decrease usage amount, consequently reducing usage cost synthetically. 
3. It possesses good self-lubricating property which can be used for dry lubrication of sliding parts.
4. Adding small amount of PTFE ultrafine powder(0．2～3wt％) and some other antiflaming additive to the substrate will improve its combustion behavior and annealing behavior, especially drippage character of high-value polymer, such as PC, ABS copolymer.
5. It is easy and convenient to transport and stock.
6. It has good chemical resistance and good thermal endurance
