Jute JTH-305 PTFE ultrafine powder is the micron-sized PTFE white ultrafine which has low molecular weight that the ultrafine is made through special methods. This powder has the molecular weight about 10000~30000, and its particle size ≤ 5μm; it not only maintains good characters of PTFE, but has many other unique performances, such as high crystallinity, good dispersibility, being apt to mix with other materials evenly. Therefore, it is widely used for modified blending of high polymer material, improving the substrate’s lubricity, abrasion resistance, non-sticky capability, fire resistance and so on; and enhancing the usability of the substrate. Besides, Jute PTFE ultrafine powder can be used as good-character additive, applying to modifier of lubricating grease, printing ink, coating and plastic; and also used as oil-free lubricant. 1. After adding Jute PTFE ultrafine powder, it can reduce friction coefficient and surface energy, increase antifriction, scratch resistance and non-sticky capability. It also can increase the chemical resistance and thermal endurance of Resin.

Application fields and Instruction:
Jute PTFE ultrafine powder is extremely easy to mix with resin. When using with painting and printing ink, please high-speed disperse or sand with solvent and other pigments. When using with plastics, after directly mixing powder and resin evenly together, it will be pelleting; or adding powder into melting resin. When using with lubricating grease, similarly it needs high-speed dispersing or sanding. - Applying to the plastics:
It can be adding to the resin, such as PA, POM, PBT, PC/ABS, HIPS.
It can improve wear resistance and prevent scratching the material surface. It can increase the slipping property and reduce friction, noise and adhesive ability between the materials.
Small particle size, moldings are specious which have nice appearance.
Widely used: besides making plastic components, it can also be used for painting, lubricant oil, and paraffin. - Applying to the painting:
Painting: volume of addition is 1-10%. It can be used to enhance scratch resistance and rub resistance.
Dispersing method: high-speed stirring with the speed of 1600 revolutions per second, sand grinder and ball-milling.
Application fields: plastic exterior painting, industrial painting and coil painting.

Jute PTFE ultrafine powder is a fluoropolymer. So it needs to use routine fluoroplastic to protect. Before processing this product, please read safety statistic material, product instruction and protection. General tips for stocking and processing protection are list below:
1. Please process at draughty places. When processing at over-high temperature, it is possible to emit poison gas, so venting devices should be put above the processing equipment. When cleaning the processing equipment, it is forbidden to use fire or to burn any fluoroplastics. 2. no smoking at the areas which have any fluoroplastic dust and residue 3. Do not touch eyes.
4. after working, one should wash the skin which touched the powder with soap and water. package quality guarantee period:
