FEP is short for Fluorinated ethylene propylene. FEP is made through copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, which the amount of hexafluoropropylene is about 15%.

    Jute FEP ultrafine powder is the micron-sized PTFE white ultrafine which has low molecular weight that the ultrafine is made through special methods that its particle size ≤ 5μm, crystalline fusing point is 580F, and density is 2.15 g/m3.

Characteristics and superiority
    Jute FEP ultrafine powder has the character of chemical inertness, which will have lower dielectric constant if under a wide scope of temperature and frequency. The powder won’t ignite and can prevent the spread of the flame. Jute FEP ultrafine powder has good weather resistance, low friction coefficient, and it can be used under low temperature to 392F.

    FEP has good heat resistance, low friction, non-sticky capability, lubricity, chemical corrosion resistance, heat endurance, electric insulativity, and it is melt processible powder. All of these good points lead to a wide application field and the convenience of manufacturing.

    According to its corrosion resistance, weather resistance, it can be used for corrosion resisting painting, fiber and fabric for filter, demister, and other utensil components which have thin and light tube wall.
According to its meltbility, it can be used for welding rod and also used as solid adhesives. It can be applied to adhere, weld and mend the crevice between PTFE and other difficult-adhesive material.
According to its abrasive resistance and heat resistance, it can be used as mash, wear-resistant painting, and scorching-resistant painting.

package and stocking
Stocking condition: stock in shady, dry and ventilative warehouses, and aloof heat source, and kindling material.
Packing method: the package, which has to be two-layer polyethylene plastics, should be put into hard paper drum.
Packing specification: it can be according to clients’ requirement. Normally, it should not exceed 25 kg.
Taboo: inflammable or flammable.
